How to create a marketplace account

If you’d like to start selling your products on Ever Loved, you’ll need to first create an account. After you’ve signed up, we’ll verify your account which generally takes less than one business day. Once you're verified, your landing page will look as follows:

You'll notice there are 4 categories in the top right hand corner. These 4 categories need to be completed before you can post products on Ever Loved, so it's important that you fill them out.

Add payment & contact information

After your account has been verified, you’ll want to make sure that you add both payment information and contact information. If you don’t add payment or contact information, you won’t be able to sell any products on our marketplace so be sure that you double check you’ve added it! 

Create a Stripe account

We process all payments on our platform through Stripe. To accept payments, you’ll need to create a Stripe Express Account. You can do that easily by heading to your User Settings and scrolling to the Payment details section.

Receiving payments

Please note that payments for products you sell on Ever Loved will be automatically transferred to your bank account. Each transfer will start 10 business days after the purchase is made. A 10% fee will be deducted from the full purchase price (listing price + shipping) to cover payment processing and Ever Loved marketplace fees.
