Processing Orders & Updating Shipping Information

When orders are placed on Ever Loved, you'll receive a notification by email. You can also view your orders at any time by clicking on Process Orders.

Your Process Orders page will list all unprocessed orders that require shipping information to be added. Once you have the correct shipping information, you'll want to enter it in and click Mark Shipped. This will update the product in our system and send shipping information to the customer.

You can view both your shipped and unshipped product orders at any time by clicking Show shipped & unshipped orders at the top of your orders page:
