How do I respond to customer reviews?

You can respond to any reviews a customer has left on Ever Loved by visiting your business page.

Please note: Only verified accounts can respond to customer reviews. If your account is not verified, please email support@everloved.com for assistance in getting verified.

Responding to customer reviews

Head to your business page on Ever Loved.

Scroll down to the Reviews section and click into the 'Enter your response here' box to begin writing your response.

Click Post when you're finished writing your response.

You can edit or delete your response at any time by clicking the maroon pencil icon on the right.
