How to sell your services on Ever Loved
If you are a vendor who is looking to sell their services to our community, here's how to get started.
Step 1: Sign up as a vendor
The first step is to sign up as a vendor. On our sign up page, make sure you check the box next to 'I work in the death care industry, at a charity or at an event space.' to see the correct options. If you're selling services (instead of a physical product), please select 'I am selling something else'.
Be sure to let us know what you're selling and please provide a website if you have one. Once finished, click the Sign up button.
Step 2: Wait to be verified
We typically verify businesses within 48 hours, but if you notice you're not getting verified, please feel free to reach out to us at email@example.com for assistance. You'll be able to access your account and start posting your services as soon as you are verified.
Note: There can be a delay in the verification process if you sign up using a personal email address (such as firstname.lastname@example.org) and do not provide us with a website. We may reach out to you to request additional information on your services if this is the case.

Step 3: Start filling out important information
Once you've been verified, you'll need to fill out your business information. You can do this by clicking the links in the right-side panel and going through them to make sure your business is fully set up. Once you've finished filling out all of the relevant information, you'll be able to start listing your services on Ever Loved!
How do I get paid?
We process all payments through our payment processor, Stripe. You can set up a Stripe account by clicking 'Add payment info' on your dashboard. Please ensure you are connecting a checking account as Stripe does not accept savings accounts for direct deposit.
How will I know when I've received an order?
You will receive an email any time a new order is placed. You will also receive a prompt on the page letting you know there is an order pending fulfillment at the top of the page.
What is Ever Loved's refund policy?
We defer to the vendor's policy whenever a refund request is made. We also require a refund policy be provided by the vendor and we include it on each product page a customer is visiting. We encourage vendors to work with customers to make it right and will advocate for customers when there are issues and it aligns with the vendor's return policy.
