How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password any time by visiting the Login page.

Step 1: Enter your email address

First, enter your email address in the field below and click NEXT.

Step 2: Click the link to request a login link

Then, if you don't remember your password, simply click the link to request a login link. A link will be emailed to you that will allow you to log in to the platform and reset your password.

Step 3: Set a new password

Simply type in the new password you'd like and click Set new password.

If you'd like to choose a new password or reset your password after you've already logged in, you can do so by visiting the User Settings page at the top right.

Then, scroll down to the Password section. Type in the password you'd like and click Change Password.
