I changed my mind about my contribution; can I request a refund?
Because contributions are transferred to other parties, we cannot guarantee that any contribution is refundable. We may be able to process refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you’d like to inquire about a refund, please email us at support@everloved.com. Please note that once the funds have transferred and been deposited into the connected account, we will be unable to process a refund since we no longer have access to the funds. You will need to contact the memorial creator directly and handle retrieving the funds offsite (by using something like Paypal, Zelle, Venmo, or writing a check). We're unable to facilitate the returning of funds after they've been deposited into the connected account.
