We're sorry that your issue isn't listed on our support site. We do our best to cover all the bases, but sometimes things slip through the cracks! 

If you'd like to get in touch, we recommend sending us an email at support@everloved.com with a detailed description of the issue you're experiencing. If it's a technical issue with the website, we always welcome screenshots of the current page you're on so that we can get an idea of what it is you're seeing.
