I'm trying to make a donation and your site won't accept my card. What do I do?

There's a problem with your card if you keep trying to make a donation and receive the following message:

Usually, if you receive this message, it's because the card you're entering isn't an accepted form or method of payment. Please try to use a different form of payment.

If you're using an accepted form of payment, and there are funds in your account, the next step is to eliminate any browser issues as the culprit.

Attempt to donate on a different computer or device. If you're trying to donate using a phone or tablet, we highly recommend switching to a desktop computer to complete the transaction. Once on a computer, try to make the donation from a browser such as Firefox or Chrome. If at all possible, avoid using Internet Explorer.
