I accidentally tipped too much. How do I get a refund?

If you get your confirmation email and realize you accidentally tipped too much or made any type of typo, please contact us immediately at support@everloved.com. Let us know that you accidentally tipped too much and would like the tip refunded, we are always happy to refund accidental tips at any time.

The tips are entirely optional and go to our company, Ever Loved, and are a way for us to provide memorial websites for free to users without taking a percentage of donations.
