Premium Websites: How to approve posts on your website

With a Premium memorial website, you have the ability to approve or reject memories posted to the memorial website before they're publicly displayed. To enable this, head to the Ever Loved Premium tab of your memorial website in the Management Dashboard.

  1. Scroll to the 'Community Content' section and check the box next to "Require manager approval before memories are posted".
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the Premium tab and click Save to save your changes.

Now, any time someone posts a memory on the Memories tab of the memorial website, you'll receive an email notification letting you know a post is waiting for approval.

To approve the post, head to the Memories tab of your memorial website or click on the link to the post in the email sent to you. 

Once on the post, click 'Approve' or 'Deny' to approve or deny the post.

Note: If you're rejecting a post, it will be permanently rejected. Do not reject posts you want to keep.
