Choose who the list is for

Once you're on this page, you can either fill out key information for yourself or on behalf of someone else by selecting one of the following options:

Record information

Once you're in the checklist, you can include as much information as you'd like by filling out the relevant details box. Additionally, you can attach any important documentation that others should need access to by clicking 'Add file'. Family members and others you share the checklist with will be able to download that documentation.

Invite others

Once you're ready to, it's highly recommended that you share the key information with your estate executor or other loved ones. Anyone you invite to access the information will be able to view and download any documentation you've uploaded.
