How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account by emailing support@everloved.com with your request. Please note that while we can definitely assist in deleting the account of normal memorial websites, we cannot delete accounts that have raised funds on our platform. We need to keep a track record of all donations made on our platform for financial and fraud prevention reasons. 

You can also deactivate your account by scrolling to the bottom of your User Settings:

If you're just looking to delete a page that you've made, you'll want to unpublish your memorial website. Please reference our guide on deleting a memorial page you've created.
