Premium Websites: How to turn off emails for your subscribers

Our platform sends out periodic emails to memorial website subscribers depending on certain actions that are taken on the website. An example of some of the emails a memorial website subscriber would receive include:

  • Emails alerting people a fundraiser has been added
  • Emails when someone posts a memory, comment, photo, or sends a message
  • Emails when specific anniversaries have passed

Please note: Anyone using Ever Loved is always able to unsubscribe from any and all emails at any time, regardless of whether or not Premium is active. All users can unsubscribe from any emails, at any time, simply by visiting their Email Settings.


We recognize that some folks do not want their subscribers to receive certain emails and Premium allows you to control some of the emails that your subscribers receive. Please note that while you can turn off some emails, you are not able to control all emails subscribers receive. Subscribers will still receive certain emails on our platform and they are able to unsubscribe from any and all emails at any time, simply by visiting their Email Settings.


How to disable emails using Premium

You'll need to have Premium enabled before you can turn these emails off. You can upgrade to Premium on your Premium tab.

Step 1: Head to the Premium tab of your memorial website


Step 2: Scroll down to the Subscriber Emails section

Step 3: Check the box next to the email you'd like to disable

Step 4: Scroll down and click save
